All Indian Institute of Medical Science(AIIMS) MBBS 2019 has two phases of registration. Basic registration and final registration. Basic registration also called PAAR(Prospective Applicants Advanced Registration). This two phase registration idea is derived from paste experience that many candidates are rejected due to improper filling of details other than educational details. In the basic registration candidate fill their basic details and upload, left thumb impression and signature. The filled details are subject to scrutiny and then candidate will be informed their application rejected or accepted. At the basic registration stage there is no charge or application fee. This basic registration will be closed after a certain period.
In the final stage of registration candidate needs to choose examination city, fill education details and make payment. Only applications accepted at basic registration is can fill the final registration. After the final stage Admit card will be generated and uploaded in website.

Closing of basic registration: 03-01-2019 (5 PM)
Application status update(Approved/Not approved): 07-1-2019
Time for correction of application: 08-01-2018 to 18-01-2019
Final status for basic registration(Rejected/Accepted): 22-01-2019
Uploading of prospectus: 29-01-2019
Generation of code for payment and city choice: 29-01-2019 to 17-02-2019
Final registration: 21-02-2019 to 12-03-2019
Uploading of Admit cards: 15-05-2019
Date of examination: 25th and 26th May 2019

- Signature(White background, 6cmx3cm)
- Left thumb impression(4cmx3cm)
- Valid mobile number and email(For OTP purpose)
How to apply

- Click on the link “Click here for New Basic Registration”
- Just read instructions Click “Proceed” and again click “Proceed” on next page
- Fill basic details like name, parents name, address, mobile number and click “Generate Registration ID and Password”
- Now you will get a registration ID and password on you mobile number as well as email. Keep the ID and password.
- Now again go to http://ugcourses.aiimsexams.org and enter Registration ID, password, Captcha in the right side “Applications Login Zone” and click “Login”
