University of Calicut launched Student Support Portal: CU eHelp

University of Calicut launched Student Support Portal named CU eHelp. It is an online help desk to provide students help and support related to various services offered by the university. This portal is implemented and maintained by Calicut University Computer Center (CUCC). Students can ask their questions and queries by generating ticket at CU eHelp portal. Each ticket will be forwarded to concerned department and will be answered within 24 hours to students email. CU eHelp also provide knowledge base. Knowledge base includes lots of general question and its answers that frequently arise from student side.

Through CU eHelp students can resolve their queries related to General Enquiry section, Pareekha Bhavan, General and Academic section, Directorate of Admission, Directorate of Research, School of Distance Education and the Equivalency/Migration sections of the University.
