What is AIMS Portal

AIMS stands for Agriculture Information Management System, is an exclusive web portal developed for the Department of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare to provide departmental services efficiently with the help of Information Technology.

Benefits of Registering at AIMS

  • Farmers can directly register at AIMS portal themselves.
  • Farms can directly apply for Crop Insurance themselves.
  • Farmers can claim insurance benefits for their Insured Crops.
  • Farmers can apply for compensation for crops damaged due to natural calamity
  • Farmers can immediately report crop damages on the account of natural calamity to the respective Krishi Bhavan.

How to Register on AIMS portal

  1. Open the link https://aims.kerala.gov.in/
  2. Click on ‘Farmers Login’ link.
  3. Click on ‘New Registration’ link.
  4. Select registration type (Individual/Group/Institution) .
  5. Enter your Aadhaar number, check mark declaration box and submit.
  6. Now enter the OTP received on your Aadhaar registerd mobile number and click ‘Ok’ button.
  7. Now enter your personal details like name, address, qualification, bank account, crop details etc.
  8. Now create a strong password and enter password column. The password should be remembered as it is used for login purpose in future.
  9. Then click ‘Create user’ button. Next, you will get a registration number/Id, keep it.

Now registration process has completed. Next you have to login to portal.

Login to AIMS portal

  1. Open the link https://aims.kerala.gov.in/
  2. Click on ‘Farmers Login’ link.
  3. Enter your Registration number/id and password on the prompted column.
  4. Next click ‘Login’ button.
  5. Now you have to add land details and crop details using respective links at AIMS portal.

How to apply compensation for crops damaged due to natural calamity

  1. After login to AIMS portal click on click on the link ‘Assistance for crop loss due to natural calamity’ shown under service tab.
  2. Select Krishi Bhavan and enter natural calamity details like calamity type, date of calamity and a brief description of calamity.
  3. Next enter crop loss details and affected land details also you should upload a photo of damaged crop to prove.
  4. Then click ‘Save’ button, further click ‘Submit Application’. Now your application is forwarded successfully to respective Krishi Bhavan.

You can track status of your application form left hand side ‘My Application’ Menu.
